Product description
Weberset premier is a polymer modified, thinset tile adhesive for ceramic tiles, in internal areas. It is suitable for both vertical and horizontal application, over the cementitious substrate. It is supplied as a drymix mortar, to which water needs to be added before application.

Compliance / Standards
Specially formulated as per the requirements C (Cementatious) 1 (standard) and T (Slip resistant) of ISO 13007 and EN 12004. Also complies to IS 15477:2004 (Type 1) and ANSI A118.1.
Limitations
Do not use for large format tiles.
Do not use for fixing vitrified tiles or stones.
Do not use on the wet screed. The surface must be fully cured.
Do not use for installing glass mosaic, glass tiles, or metal tiles. Use only weberset glass mosaic for fixing glass mosaics, and only weber epoxy adhesive for fixing glass and metal tiles.
Do not use for wooden flooring, for insulating and soundproofing panels.
Do not use on waterproofing coat - If waterproofing is required, use webertec SBR and webertec crete for the same.

Method of application
Preparing the substrate
Clean the substrate of oil stains and bond inhibiting compounds, dirt, dust, and laitance, if any, use high-pressure water jet or any other suitable method for cleaning.
Ensure that the substrate is flat, stable, well adhered, and has a normal absorption.
The substrate should be cured sufficiently to avoid the shrinkage cracks.
Correct the local undulation/damage on the substrate at least 48 hours before the application of weberset classic.
Saturate the surface thoroughly and remove excess water before the application of weberset classic.

Product description
Weberset classic is a high polymer modified thinset tile adhesive, specially formulated for fixing low porosity vitrified tiles on the floor in internal areas. The adhesive can be used for fixing ceramic tiles on wall and floor and is suitable for dry as well as wet areas for internal application. This is also suitable for tile-on-tile application for fixing vitrified tiles on pre-existing ceramic tile floors. Please refer tile/substrate sheet for more details.

Weberset plus-white is a ready to mix, highly polymer modified cementitious adhesive for vitrified, ceramic tile and natural stones of regular size on wall and floor with regular traffic. This product is suitable for fixing granite and other natural stones in window jambs and door frames due to its ability to with stand mechanical operations (which are carried out during fixing doors and windows). - Weberfloor Slurrybond is a highly polymer modified, cementitious adhesive, that can be used in slurry form, on wet screed, for wet-on-wet fixing of tiles and stones, as well as an adhesive paste for fixing tiles and stones on floor and wall. In slurry form, it replaces the cement slurry which has been traditionally used for fixing floor tiles/stones. It also provides additional strength to the screed itself, and increase the tiling speed.

Area of application
As Slurry
- One wet / freshly laid screed, for fixing most tiles, mosaics and stones. For detail, refer tile/substrate sheet.
As Adhesive
- Refer Tile/Substrate sheet.
Applying
- Pour the mixture of Weberfloor slurrybond and water, as described above, over fresh screed, and spread the slurry to a uniform thickness of 1 to 2mm.
- Carefully place the tile onto wet, sticky slurry.
- Use spacers, to leave enough space betwee tiles, as per the tile manufacturer recommendations.
- Stroke the tiles using a rubber mallet, to level the tiles, and ensure the tile is perfectly imbedded in the soft screed.
- It is good practice to lift an occasional tile after fixing, to verify that the required contact is being achieved.
- If the slurry is skinned over, remove the slurry and replace with fresh slurry.
- If necessary, tiles should be adjusted within 60 minutes of installation.
- Carefully clean off any excess adhesive from the tiles and joints with a damp sponge or cloth before it sets.
- Leave for at least 24 hours before grouting.
Note to Specifier
- Ensure screeding is done as per IS 1443 or as per standard construction practices
- Use Primer 401, corner treatment with Stickon tape and two component Waterseal 321 for
- comprehensive waterproofing, before screeding, where waterproofing is required.
- To get excellent stain resistence on stone, use hydrophobic and oliophobic impregnator Weber
- Stoneseal.
- To match joint with the colour of tile/stone, use Weberjoint poxy along with Weberjoint poxyfill, available in more than 40 colours.
- To get invisible joints between stones, fill with specially formulated Weber Pearl Armor™
- speciality grout.
- To get highly aesthetic appeal, fill joints with Weber Knight ArmorTM speciality grout.
